End to end service for your new build from house design to completed home
At Archibuild, we understand that building a new home can be a daunting task. That's why we're here to help. Our unique combination of experience as an architectural design and building company enables us to handle the whole project from concept design to handing over the keys, ensuring a seamless experience for you.
We start with architectural drafting services that move from initial concepts to final detailed plans including obtaining necessary building or resource consents. Then our house builders can take over and construct your new build. During the build, we offer full project management including management of any required subcontractors.
A Master Build Guarantee gives you extra peace of mind
At Archibuild, we stand by our work and carry out regular checks to ensure our high standards are maintained. However, for your added peace of mind, as a registered Master Builder, all of Archibuild's projects can be covered by the 10-year Master Build guarantee.
If you opt for full coverage this guarantee not only covers you against structural defects and issues with materials or workmanship that are not remedied, but also for the loss of a deposit if the builder is unable or unwilling to start work, or for losses due to non-completion once work has commenced. The guarantee also provides for temporary accommodation costs should you need to move out while any remedial work is undertaken as the result of a claim.
We can arrange the appropriate paperwork for the guarantee for you as part of our contract.
